Drew Rosenhaus Not Fond of the Bills This Year

Posted on November 6, 2009 by Patrick Moran

Terrell Owens is having one of, it not the worst year of his career in Buffalo.  Surprisingly, he’s yet to verbally throw anyone in the organization under the bus.  Sure, he’s offered up excuses, mainly injuries, but he’s not attacked anyone via a tongue lashing.

His agent, Drew Rosenhaus is unwilling to be as kind.  In a story that was originally published today by Pro Football Talk, Rosenhaus took his shot at the coaching, quarterback play and especially the offensive line.

According to Gregg Rosenthal’s PFT report today, Rosenhaus on Joe Rose’s WQAM radio report this morning. He criticized the Bills’ coaching and shoddy quarterback play, but saved his biggest gripe for the offensive line.

“The offensive line, I believe, is potentially the worst in the NFL. Especially at the tackle position, they got rid of almost every starter from last year, banked on revamping it . . . It’s absolutely shocking how that offensive line play has prohibited them from being an effective offense.”

As Rosenthal pointed out, it’s almost hard to fathom how any Bills fan could disagree with Rosenhaus’ sentiments.  Owens may not the T.O. of old anymore, but he’s better than the 23 catches he has on the season indicates.

Fellow receiving star Lee Evans has the exact same amount of catches.  Do you believe these two put up these numbers in a competently run offense with a line that actually blocks?
