From there a three pointer by freshman Chrissy Cooper ignited a 17-6 UB run to pull within five at 41-36 with 11:47 left in the game. Brown had six points for the Bulls during that run. UB remained down just seven with 6:11 left when six straight Miami points put the RedHawks back up by 13. The RedHawks would go on to hit their free throws down the stretch and led by as many as 18 points before a three pointer from Jessica Fortman pulled the Bulls within 15, which was the final margin.
